Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification, Wishslection will:

  • Review the claim carefully

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if required

  • Take appropriate action in accordance with applicable copyright laws

We may also notify the content creator responsible for the material.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Identification of the removed material and its original location

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to error or misidentification

  • Your name, address, email, and signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action.

Repeat Infringers

Wishslection reserves the right to terminate access or remove content from users who are found to repeatedly violate copyright laws.
